WHAT SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE

When someone reaches out for help, we believe support should be more than handing them a phone number, a list of resources, or expecting them to figure out the next step on their own.
 

Our 18-Week Support Journey gives each individual consistent, one-on-one support built around where they are and what they need.

Throughout their journey, they receive:
 

One-on-One Mental Health Coaching
Weekly individual sessions with a coach intentionally matched to their needs, challenges, and goals.

Personal Advocacy
Someone in their corner who can help them navigate difficult situations, conversations, resources, and next steps.

Crisis Support
When difficult moments happen, they have someone to reach out to who can help assess the next step and connect them with appropriate crisis or clinical support when needed.

Resource Navigation
We don't simply hand someone a list of resources. We help them understand their options, identify the right level of support, and navigate how to get there.
 

Consistency & Follow-Through
Support doesn't end when the conversation does. We continue showing up, checking in, and walking beside the individual throughout their journey.

For more than six years, Healing with Katie has had the opportunity to support over 1,000 individuals through coaching, advocacy, crisis support, education, and resource navigation.
